Walking has helped me lose the pounds

 
If you are a woman or even a man, when you hit your late 30's to 40's and up, losing the pounds and keeping fit is a challenge but I have learned myself in just the past few weeks, that walking really helps shed the pounds.

We have really been lucky in the Midwest with a mild winter thus far and I knew I needed to get myself walking.  Not only for weightloss but to get may joints and body moving.

I do have a little beagle named Lulu so walking is the perfect exercise for both us on a daily basis.

Running and walking over 40 is a book I wanted to share because many times people just do not know where to start and this book will share ideas and programs to get you to your desired weight in no time.

What is also great about this book is, THERE ARE NO EXCUSES FOR BEING BUSY!  We are all busy but we need to find time for our health and well being.
